The Trieste Science+Fiction Festival returns from 3 to 8 November 2026 for its 26th edition, bringing international science fiction and fantastic cinema to the heart of Trieste, Italy. With film premieres, special guests, discussions and events spanning cinema, literature, comics, video games and scientific innovation, the festival continues to explore the many ways fantastic storytelling can illuminate our present and imagine our future.

Screenings will take place at the Politeama Rossetti and Cinema Ariston, while the Sci-Fi Dome returns to Piazza della Borsa for the third consecutive year. The specially designed venue will host a programme of talks and events, including Mondofuturo sessions exploring the relationship between science and science fiction, IVIPRO DAYS dedicated to video games and cultural heritage, and the Fantastic Film Forum for professionals working in film and audiovisual industries.
