The winners of the Neuchatel International Fantastic Film Festival 2022
The 21st edition of the Neuchâtel International Fantastic Film Festival (NIFFF) ended with a bang on Saturday night. For the first time in history, the symbolic threshold of 50,000 festivalgoers was reached (2021: 35,000), including 30,000 cinema tickets.
Méliès d’argent Award – Feature Films @ Neuchatel International Fantastic Film Festival
The competition is organized in collaboration with the Méliès International Festivals Federation (MIFF) and the award goes to the best European feature film:

The competition is organized in collaboration with the Méliès International Festivals Federation (MIFF) and the award goes to the best European short film. The winner of the competition also wins the nomination to the Méliès d’or annual competition:
“Mr. Pete & the Iron Horse” by Kilian Vilim (CH, 2022)
The diligent soldier Mr. Pete does everything to meet the high standards of his baroness. To satisfy her insatiable lust for speed he shovels madly on their trip on her new iron horse.
