Ramaskrik Selection 2024
The Méliès International Festivals Federation (MIFF) is thrilled to announce the lineup of short films competing in the Méliès d’argent competition at the 2024 edition of the Ramaskrik Filmfestival. Set to take place in Norway from October 17th to 20th, Ramaskrik is one of the premier festivals for European fantastic cinema, and this year, for the first time, the festival will host the prestigious Méliès d’argent competition.
The selected films represent some of the finest talent in genre cinema, each showcasing creative storytelling and visual flair. These films, hailing from countries across Europe, will compete for the Méliès d’argent, awarded for excellence in cinematic quality and creativity. The winner will then qualify for the Méliès d’or competition, held annually to celebrate the best in European fantastic film.
