Mórbido Film Fest, was created in 2008, to be a space to promote Mexican film and recover the long tradition of producing horror and fantasy films in Mexico. After our first edition, Mórbido evolved to become something greater: not only a multifaceted festival that celebrates Mexican culture, traditions and film, but also a creator of multi-platform content related to the fantasy and horror genres.

Mórbido Film Fest takes place in Mexico City and it has become one of the most important festivals of this genre in Latin America, due to its nature as a platform for launching and promoting Latin American movies.
